HEYM – Oliver House

The Heym-Oliver House The locally cut-stone home was constructed in 1879 by John George Nicholas Heym. His family of nine lived in this tiny home. It had 11 owners and sold once for $1. The last owner, Mary Lynn Beach Oliver, of Wichita, Kansas, purchased the property in 1981. She donated the house to the Russell County Historical Society in 1994.
