Oakley is home to the twice life sized monumental bronze of Buffalo Bill Cody on his horse Brigham in pursuit of a buffalo. The sculpture was created by Charlie and Pat Norton of Leoti, Kansas. Standing 16 feet tall and weighing 9,000 pounds, the bronze is one of the largest of its kind anywhere in the world.
