Northwest Kansas offers a wide variety of species to hunt. Game birds include; turkey, pheasant, bobwhite quail, and greater prairie chicken along with migratory dove. Small game animals include; jack rabbit and cottontail. Big game animals include; whitetail deer, mule deer, and antelope (pronghorn).
