The C.L. Hoover Opera House has been a vital part of the Junction City community for over 130 years. Through its’ history, the Opera House has at one time served as the town courthouse, fire department, jail and a movie theater.
Following renovation in 2008, the C.L. Hoover Opera House returned to its performing arts roots, and has remained that way to this day.
It is now home to the Junction City Little Theater, Arts Council and Community Band. Together, they provide culture, entertainment and education in the arts to people of all ages in Junction City, regionally and state wide.
